Welcome to Radio Dude! Featuring the best of late 20th Century Rock, Radio Dude has gone "Live" on Live365.com. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Radio Dude is now streaming the best mix of rock from the glory days of FM Rock Radio. Sure, you can hear a lot of these songs on the "real" radio stations...along with tons of commercials and snappy banter from "air personalities". Well, you will hear me talk from time to time, you may even hear me talk to our listeners on the air, but mostly you will hear the music...lots of music. If you are not hearing a particular song and would like to, then shoot me an email and let me know what you would like to hear on Radio Dude. Most of what you hear will be rock from the sixties and seventies. That's what the radio biz calls "The Format". To tell the truth, I was never very keen on "Formats", so don't be surprised if Radio Dude occasionally plays songs that don't exactly fit the so-called Format. In the big scheme of things, these departures will eventually make some sort of sense...or not. |
